Whats Cooking is a small food festival/competition held annually at the Barnacopeia in Polo, IL. This past year Lynnies' Kitchen entered under the entree category and the recipes below are what we served. These recipes can be made separately or how we served them is in a cup with layers of each. This would be perfect for barbeque's or other outdoor parties since it is easy to take with you!
