I love risotto! There are so many ways to make it too! As a side dish or main dish the creamy, Parmesan cheese flavor is wonderful! This spring I decided to add lots of fresh veggies and decided to repost the recipe from a year ago! It's prepared it with little stirring, so easier to prepare too.
