Cole slaw is so easy and so versatile! Slaw is the best addition to any sandwich or barbecue dinner! Use cabbage or any combination of shredded vegetables to create a slaw. Make is as sweet or tangy as you want too! First gather all your supplies and prep them according to the recipe. Getting all the chopping out of the way always helps to make the process quick and efficient!
Did I say easy? Here goes… as I affectionately call “dump & go” … this is what you do! Place shredded vegetables and (dump) all other ingredients in the bowl and mix well. Of course tasting is an important aspect of any recipe! Salt and pepper to taste in pinch increments. Adjust the slaw to more sweet or tangy depending on your preference too. Tangy.. add a bit more vinegar, sweet… sugar! Enjoy!!
Your salad is ready!! Pair it with your favorite BBQ ribs or Pulled Pork Sandwich!! Enjoy!!
